Here we have a Selmer Paris S90 180 mouthpiece in hard rubber for alto saxophone, tip opening .062-inch/1.57mm. This mouthpiece has been taken out of the box, but it doesn't seem like it's ever been played, the paint is also missing from the logo, country of origin, and facing.

The S90 mouthpiece is an alternate square chambered mouthpiece to the S80, the S90 has a wider set chamber, it opens up from the flat side walls a bit more. These mouthpieces play very similarly to the S80 C* but with a bit more warmth, they project a bit more, and can be a bit brighter to a degree.

These mouthpieces are generally over 220 brand new so this is definitely a bargain for what is essentially an unused S90 180. The rails, table, and rail-tip are all in perfect condition, there's no teeth marks, the entire piece has no scratches, no oxidation forming. The engraving/stamp paint is usually finished in gold. This piece is merely unfinished and is not defective in any way.
