This is a used Phil Tone Sapphire 6* hard rubber mouthpiece for soprano saxophone. These pieces are nice for straight ahead soprano players. They are very similar in feel and sound to a traditional Otto Link soprano mouthpiece.
This one in particular shows normal signs of having seen past use. The beak is in good shape with no indentations from the past owner. If you look closely you can see a few scuffs on the back of the body, but nothing major. Its facing profile is in good shape with one very small and hard to see wear spot along the outside of the tip rail.
The tip opening on this piece measures .060”.
