Metal Runyon Mouthpiece for Alto
This is a vintage Runyon 6 metal mouthpiece for alto saxophone. The Runyon lettering is clear around the lower portion of the shank. There are no other markings presently visible. The tip opening of the mouthpiece measures .076”.
The piece has definitely seen some use over the years. It looks someone did some work to it at some point. As it is now it plays with a full medium warm sound and will take in a ton of air. A very interesting mouthpiece, ships with a used F Louis ligature, does not include cap.
