The Yani BooStar is capable of enhancing resonance and delivering a thicker tonal palette. When installed, it also allows you to set just the right amount of resistance and achieve smoother breath control. Your horn will have more tonal focus and volume in all registers.

Comes in 3 parts: the basic heavy screw, and two smaller screws that can be added to the first for added weight. Customizing the Yani BooStar will make different timbre and feeling. You can choose the best combination to meet your playing style or music scene. Will fit saxophones from soprano to bari.

Available in two configurations, for either Yamaha horns or for Selmer and Yanagisawa horns. If you have a different horn, email us, and if we have it in stock, we'd be happy to check to see if one of these will fit your sax.

We stock these in the standard “unplated” model (has a metallic nickel-like look to it). Also available in Gold Plate or Pink Gold Plate by special order. The Gold Plate offers richer tonal harmonics while the Pink Gold Plate will be a bit mellower.
