This is a very lightly used Yanagisawa professional model TWO1 series tenor sax, serial number 00393501. This tenor is in beautiful shape with only light wear from nominal use. It is a fantastic deal for any pro or advancing player looking for a top notch tenor at a great price.

As you can see in the photos, this tenor remains in tremendous shape. No dents or dings, no resolders or previous repairs. There's a few scratches on the backside of the bell, bottom bow, and body tube, but you have to get the horn up close to see them. The neck has never been pulled down or damaged and is in pristine shape. All in all, it is obvious that this tenor has been treated with kid gloves and very well cared for. It is only about 3 years old and has obviously never been played hard.

When we received this tenor, it still had all original factory material (key corks/felts), so do it up right, we'll be completing a fresh pro set up. We'll do a thorough cleaning, replace all material, as well as clean and reseat pads as needed. We'll optimize spring tensions and key heights, and ship it in perfect playing condition.

The Yani TWO10 gets all the attention as their “premier” model, but I personally like this TWO1 more. The lack of minirib construction means it is a lighter horn (less weight) and thus the response is a whole lot faster and overall the sound is more lively and more resonant. Very big sound with just the right amount of edge to carry to the back of the room. This is a tenor that can do it all. Ships in its original case.
