This is a classic slim profile Wolfe Tayne mouthpiece for the alto sax. This metal mouthpiece shows mild scratching but no major finish wear of note. There is also no teeth indents or playing wear on the original black bite plate. The facing is in pristine shape, with tip measuring .090”. This piece does have a slightly defined rollover baffle just behind the tip but doesn’t have a high shelf baffle, so the larger facing does take air to control, but the mouthpiece takes your air well.
