Brilhart Streamline

This is a super rare Brilhart Tonalin “Streamline” 3* for alto saxophone, serial number 5182. These pieces are pretty hard to come by at this point. This one shows some normal play wear from past use but is in fantastic overall condition around the body, beak and shank. There is no signs of cracks anywhere on the piece. Looking over it carefully you can see some light cosmetic wear around the black bite area but there is not any deep indentations. There is also a few small and hard to see wear spots along the side rails.

The Streamline is known for being one of the mouthpieces famously used by Charlie Parker. This one is a 3* and measures .070”. This is equivalent to a 5 in traditional Meyer measurements. This is a great playing mouthpiece. It features a quick response and a brilliant sonic character. This is one of the first Streamline pieces we have seen in the last several years. Pick it up while you can.
