This is a powerful playing Lawton 8 Star B metal mouthpiece for tenor sax by Geoff Lawton. The Lawton is a great piece if you are looking for a lot of power and projection. The Model B is Lawton's medium baffle model. Brilliant, Full Tone.
The body of this mouthpiece is in very nice shape around the outer body. Its facing profile of the table, tip and side rails are in very nice condition. The table does show some standard wear from past use, but it does not look like the piece has ever received work around the profile, tip, rails etc. The bit plate on this mouthpiece does not look like it is original.
The tip opening on this mouthpiece measures .115”.
