This is a Yamaha YFL-462H open-hole flute with a low-B foot joint, solid silver head joint and body, serial number #068268. This flute has been lightly used, only for playtesting in the shop, never owned, so we are going to offer it for a reduced price. If you're a doubler or know someone who does, this is a great deal.

The model 462H is a lovely step-up to tone at a budget friendly price, it's got a full silver body and head joint, open hole keywork, low-B foot-joint, and an offset-G. Sonically, it plays with a rich tone and gives an easy fluid response in low and high registers.

This flute would be a great reliable addition to a player's arsenal in the pit orchestra, or a great step-up to anyone's sound if they've been playing on a more basic student flute. You can grow as a player, or just enjoy the quality tone you'll get out of it when you need to cover a flute part.

Physically this flute is not showing plate wear, there are just a few water marks from playtesting, and a few light scratches on the body.

After purchase, we will give this a professional setup repair service where we will disassemble and replace any key-felts and corks with more synthetic measures to ensure they last a long time. We will check any leaks and regulations as well, this flute will be playing perfectly when it leaves. It will ship in its original Yamaha carrying case with a synthetic fabric case cover.
