February 2014 marked the 91^st birthday for an American born tenor saxophonist. This saxophonist was an early pioneer of Be-bop and spent a large portion of his carrier in a European residency. From February 5^th 2014 to January of 2015 his Mark VI saxophone is going to be on display in a European instrument museum. This is in celebration of the bicentennial of Adolph Sax.
