Restored Buffet Crampon Paris R13 Eb Clarinet w/ Silver Keys - Serial # 230056

This is a very fine, custom restored Buffet R13 series clarinet in Eb, serial number 230056. The “sopranino” of the clarinet family, this tiny instrument is a blast to play. It was recently restored by another shop and is in beautiful condition.

The previous owner spared no expense to make this horn look like new. The original nickel silver finish on the keywork was removed and all the keys were freshly plated in silver (silver plating was not yet an option from the factory when this instrument was produced). To look at it, the instrument looks brand new. There are no crack or previous cracks/pins anywhere in the body. There is one small repair to the bottom tenon of the body joint (see picture # 13), but this was expertly done and you've got to look awfully close to spot it. Original bell and barrel are also included, and while the original factory stamping has faded with time, it is still faintly visible.

Pads are all still in excellent like-new condition and this clarinet has been play-tested in our shop, passing with flying colors. It takes your air with excellent efficiency and produces a clear, focused tone with outstanding control. This is a tremendous instrument for players wanting to expand their collection with a top-notch professional Eb that will bring years of enjoyment.
