This is an Early Babbitt era metal Otto Link mouthpiece for the tenor sax. The piece is stamped a 7* (large font) and has been slightly opened at some point in its life, measuring now .109”, or comparable to an 8. No work was done on the internals of the mouthpiece and it still shows off a higher shelf-like baffle, which is what these Early Babbitt's are known for. The mouthpiece shows mild finish wear for its age and a single tooth indent across the original black bite plate, all cosmetic stuff, and it plays great with a big, edgy sound. Comes with a Link ligature and cap set.
